Summary

Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Salesforce Product Lead to join our CRM product team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic roadmap, prioritization, and successful implementation of Salesforce and other CRM initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and deep business acumen, acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead road mapping, prioritization, ROI analysis, and the identification of features and user stories for CRM platforms, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and best practices within the IT team, ensuring thoughtful design and accurate estimates.
Serve as the Salesforce architecture expert, guiding both the product team and IT partners on optimal solutions within an enterprise context.
Oversee Salesforce reporting and reporting management, including the implementation of advanced business intelligence tools like Tableau Next and Data 360.
Act as the primary subject matter expert for Salesforce, translating complex business problems into effective, out-of-the-box, and MVP-focused solutions.
Provide coaching and mentorship to other members of the CRM product team.
Manage the integration of third-party data sources (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet) to enhance data visibility and reduce operational inefficiencies.

Technical Acumen with Business Orientation: The ability to be technically proficient while deeply embedded in the business side, driving the "art of the possible" beyond mere requirement gathering. This includes understanding how technology can solve business problems and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
Data Querying & Architecture Expertise: Strong understanding of object-oriented databases, data modeling, and the ability to write complex queries in platforms like Snowflake. This also encompasses a comprehensive grasp of Salesforce architecture and its application within an enterprise environment.
Agile Methodologies & Best Practices Implementation: Proven experience in stabilizing foundational ways of working, specifically in implementing and driving agile practices within IT teams to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
Business Intelligence & Reporting Leadership: Expertise in Salesforce reporting and a strong understanding of business intelligence tools, particularly Tableau Next and Data 360, to manage and enhance data visualization and insights for business users.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $110.00/hr.
