Key Responsibilities:
Conduct complex data analysis and develop standardized incentive models, performance metrics, and advanced analytics to support sales channel decisions
Capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements for incentive programs
Integrate data from multiple sources and transition existing Alteryx workflows into scalable, automated solutions within the new incentive platform
Support the transition from Alteryx-based processes to Python/SQL-based automated pipelines
Create and produce forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, and end-user information portals to deliver actionable insights on trends and opportunities
Interpret data, analyze results using incentive and performance metrics, and provide recommendations on operational impact, program effectiveness, and business improvements
Develop reports and deliverables for management and communicate insights clearly with all levels of stakeholders, including sales leadership and channel partners
Identify data quality issues, define improvements, and ensure compliance through quality audits and analysis
Create specifications for reports and analytics based on business requests while supporting the design and implementation of the new web-based incentive portal from a business and analytics perspective
Leverage AI tools (Kiro, Copilot, Claude) daily for data exploration, model prototyping, and analytical reporting - AI fluency is expected, not optional
Perform other duties as requested

Ability to analyze and interpret data, with strong focus on incentive modeling and performance metrics

Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations
Advanced proficiency in SQL (T-SQL and/or Redshift SQL) for data analysis, incentive modeling, and ad-hoc reporting
Solid understanding of incentive/commission structures and sales performance metrics
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Data analysis and reporting or related experience – 5+ years, with strong preference for experience in incentives modeling, sales performance analytics, or commission plan analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in telecommunications, cable industry, or sales channel performance management
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis or automation
- Exposure to AI-assisted modeling or analytics workflows
- Experience contributing to the build or support of web-based analytics or incentive platforms
