Onsite in Stamford, CT

The organization seeks a senior data and business analyst to support the Service Reliability team with analytics that improve the customer experience by quantifying impacts from network outages, impairments, and maintenance events. The role requires advanced SQL and Excel skills in a data warehouse environment, close collaboration with ETL development teams, and clear communication of insights to senior leadership. The analyst will operate in a fast-paced environment, organize complex data, and drive integration of new data into warehouse structures and reporting. Candidates must work onsite in Stamford, CT.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities:
  • Support the Service Reliability organization with analytics on network outages, impairments, and maintenance events to improve customer experience.
  • Perform data validation and ad hoc analysis using SQL and Excel within a data warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with ETL development teams to integrate new data and modify existing data into the data warehouse and reporting layers.
  • Enhance existing reports and develop new reports aligned to business needs.
  • Communicate analysis and findings to senior leadership in clear business and functional terms.
  • Operate as a self-starter and team player, organizing work and details in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Work onsite in Stamford, CT.

Experience Requirements:
  • 10+ years as a business or data analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data validation and ad hoc analysis in a data warehouse environment.
  • Experience collaborating with ETL development teams to integrate and modify data for warehouse and reporting.
  • Ability to communicate analysis and findings to senior leadership and executive audiences in business terms.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, self-starting approach, teamwork, detail orientation, and strong organization and communication.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Stamford, CT.
  • Telecom industry experience (preferred).
  • AWS Redshift experience (preferred).
  • MicroStrategy experience (preferred).
  • Tableau experience (preferred).
