Responsibilities:
Design and implement test cases for web, mobile, and service API testing.
Need to be proficient in testing with physical mobile devices
Manage test efforts using Jira for test case management and defect tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and
identify testing needs
Conduct thorough testing of applications, ensuring alignment with user
requirements and business goals
Provide detailed documentation and reports on test coverage, execution, and
results.
Identify, isolate, and document defects during the software development
lifecycle.
Suggest improvements to processes and tools to enhance testing efficiency and
effectiveness.
Execute test plans for Advisor rules and workflow automation.
Validate selective apply logic and notifications.
Perform regression, integration, and UAT support testing.

Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in computer science or related field, or
equivalent-related IT experience
Required Skills:
Strong experience in designing and implementing test cases for Web, Mobile, and
Service API testing
Hands-on experience using Jira for test management.
Relevant QA testing experience in agile environments.
Proficiency in using tools like Postman or something similar.
Handson experience in functional, regression and compatibility testing for web and
mobile applications
Solid understanding of the STLC &; SDLC process
Experience in conducting UAT
Basic SQL knowledge for data retrieval
Basic understanding of test automation
Coding expertise in Java/JavaScript/Python
API integration and workflow testing.
Data validation and compliance verification.
Automation testing.
