Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle FSM Application Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Utilities applications, specifically CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) and C2M (Customer to Meter). The ideal candidate will have end-to-end experience in integrated utility systems and will lead testing and validation efforts across field service and billing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end QA/testing activities across Oracle FSM, CC&B, and C2M applications.
Design and execute test strategies for integrated utility systems.
Validate business processes across:

Field Service Management (dispatch, routing, work orders)
Customer lifecycle (onboarding, billing, payments)
Meter-to-Cash (M2C) processes

Perform integration testing between FSM, CC&B, C2M, and other enterprise systems.
Ensure data accuracy across billing, meter reads, and service orders.
Manage defect lifecycle, reporting, and resolution.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and functional teams.
Support SIT, UAT, and production validation phases.
Provide test metrics, status reports, and risk assessments.
Drive QA best practices and mentor team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of QA/Testing experience with leadership exposure.
Hands-on experience in:

Oracle Field Service (FSM/OFS)
Oracle Utilities CC&B
Oracle Utilities C2M

Strong Utilities domain experience:

Meter-to-Cash (M2C)
Billing & Payments
Meter Data Management
Service Orders & Field Operations

Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) and system integrations.
Strong SQL skills for backend/data validation.
Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, HP ALM).
Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
