Summary

Role: IBM z/OS Storage Consultant

Location: Remote

Contract: Long term

We are seeking an experienced IBM z/OS Storage Consultant to support enterprise mainframe storage environments. This role requires deep technical expertise in z/OS storage architecture, DFSMS, and associated IBM and ISV products.

Required Experience:
•   Minimum 7–10 years of hands-on z/OS storage experience
   •   Installation, maintenance, and support of mainframe storage systems
   •   Experience with:
   •   DASD, SAN, and Virtual Tape Systems (VTS)
   •   DFSMS suite
   •   IBM storage utilities and ISV products
   •   Strong troubleshooting, testing, and performance support skills
   •   Experience installing and maintaining z/OS-related program products

Preferred Skills:

•   Strong communication and documentation abilities
   •   Team collaboration and knowledge-sharing mindset
   •   Ability to manage multiple priorities in enterprise environments
