About the Role

In this contingent role, you will support software engineering initiatives and contribute to planning and execution across moderately complex technical projects. You'll apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate engineering challenges, recommend solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet project goals.
Responsibilities

Contribute to moderately complex software engineering projects and support large-scale planning activities.
Review, analyze, and troubleshoot technical challenges requiring evaluation of multiple variables.
Partner with engineers and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain alignment with organizational standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
Support the delivery of software engineering outcomes by applying domain knowledge and established best practices.
Collaborate directly with client engineering teams to drive progress and ensure successful project execution.

Minimum Qualifications

4+ years of software engineering experience OR equivalent combination of:
- Relevant professional or consulting experience
- Technical training
- Military experience
- Academic background in a related field
