Role : VMware SME
Travel: Up to 25% to customer sites in OK, UT, PA, and AL. Remote otherwise.

Required:
- Deep expertise administering and engineering VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, NSX, and VMware Cloud Foundation environments.
- Strong experience designing and supporting hybrid-cloud and multi-cloud solutions across VMware, and private cloud platforms.
- Expertise in virtualization architecture, workload migration, capacity planning, high availability (HA), Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS), and disaster recovery solutions.
- Experience with infrastructure automation using VMware Aria/vRealize, PowerCLI, Terraform, Ansible, and API-based orchestration.
- Strong knowledge of cloud networking, security, micro-segmentation, storage integration, backup/recovery platforms, and operational troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with DoD/Federal cloud environments, RMF/ATO requirements, STIG compliance, and enterprise cloud operations supporting mission-critical workloads.

- Must be willing to travel every month at least for a week

Additional Information
This role may require up to 25% travel. Candidates must be willing to be considered for direct hire after a 90-day period.
