Job Description

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers and analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.

Architecture & Design: Design scalable and robust solutions aligned with business and system architecture needs.

Integration & Data Management: Manage integrations with third-party and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize platform performance to ensure high availability and reliability.

Security & Compliance: Enforce data privacy, security standards, and compliance best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business, product, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Code Reviews & CI/CD: Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and implement DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Hands-On Development: Work directly with APIs, REST services, and event-driven architectures (Kafka).

Application Development:

Build scalable Java/J2EE applications and microservices using Spring Boot.

Develop event-driven, domain-driven, and CQRS-based applications.

Create dynamic front-end applications using Vue.js, NUXT, PrimeVue, SSR, and AWS Amplify.

Write clean and efficient TypeScript code.

Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS.

Technical Skills

Backend: Java, J2EE, Spring Boot

Frontend: Vue.js, Angular, React

Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript

Cloud: AWS (Cloud-native deployments)

UI Frameworks: Quasar, Vuetify (PrimeVue & NUXT preferred)

Database: Relational and NoSQL design experience
