Job Description:
We are seeking a Technology Delivery Director to lead end-to-end delivery for a large-scale enterprise program focused on data, cloud, and automation initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on delivery oversight, and the ability to drive execution across multiple workstreams while engaging senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery across data, cloud, and automation workstreams
- Drive program execution, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Lead Agile delivery (sprint planning, backlog prioritization, velocity tracking)
- Manage milestones, dependencies, and cross-team coordination
- Provide technical governance aligned with enterprise architecture standards
- Facilitate requirements gathering / JAD sessions and ensure traceability
- Maintain RAID logs and proactively mitigate risks and issues
- Develop and manage capacity planning and resource onboarding
- Partner with business and technology leadership to ensure alignment
- Provide executive-level status reporting and communication
Required Skills:
- 10+ years in technology delivery / program delivery leadership
- Strong experience leading large-scale enterprise programs
- Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models
- Background in data, cloud, and/or automation initiatives
- Experience with enterprise architecture and governance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional, distributed teams

- Financial Services experience
- Experience supporting RFP-driven or transformation programs
- Exposure to large-scale shared services or platform enablement initiatives
