Job Description:

We are seeking a Technology Delivery Director to lead end-to-end delivery for a large-scale enterprise program focused on data, cloud, and automation initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on delivery oversight, and the ability to drive execution across multiple workstreams while engaging senior stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery across data, cloud, and automation workstreams
  • Drive program execution, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Lead Agile delivery (sprint planning, backlog prioritization, velocity tracking)
  • Manage milestones, dependencies, and cross-team coordination
  • Provide technical governance aligned with enterprise architecture standards
  • Facilitate requirements gathering / JAD sessions and ensure traceability
  • Maintain RAID logs and proactively mitigate risks and issues
  • Develop and manage capacity planning and resource onboarding
  • Partner with business and technology leadership to ensure alignment
  • Provide executive-level status reporting and communication

 

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years in technology delivery / program delivery leadership
  • Strong experience leading large-scale enterprise programs
  • Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models
  • Background in data, cloud, and/or automation initiatives
  • Experience with enterprise architecture and governance frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional, distributed teams

 

Nice to Have:

  • Financial Services experience
  • Experience supporting RFP-driven or transformation programs
  • Exposure to large-scale shared services or platform enablement initiatives

  • Status reporting and RAID tracking
  • Requirement traceability matrix (RTM)
  • Capacity and resource plans
  • Executive reporting and governance artifacts
