Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Hybrid – 3 Days/Week Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Pay Rate: $24 - $25/hr on W2 All Inclusive

Job Description

We are seeking HR Shared Service Specialists for a long-term contract opportunity with a leading organization in West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidates will have experience supporting employee lifecycle events and hands-on exposure to Workday or other HRIS platforms. This role is part of a fast-paced HR Shared Services team focused on delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee and manager HR inquiries through the HR Service Portal.
• Support employees throughout the full employee lifecycle.
• Process HR transactions accurately within established SLAs.
• Manage onboarding, I-9 verification, benefits administration, offboarding, and employee records.
• Maintain HR knowledge articles and self-service documentation.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and other HR teams.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure HR policy compliance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and timely issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or HR Support.
• Hands-on experience with Workday or another HRIS platform.
• Experience supporting employee lifecycle events.
• Experience in one or more of the following:
  • Benefits Administration
  • Employee Onboarding
  • I-9 & Employment Verification
  • Offboarding
  • HRIS Administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with HR Service Portals.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and employment documentation.
• Experience partnering with Payroll, Benefits, or Talent Acquisition teams.
• Continuous process improvement mindset.

Work Schedule

• Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite per Week
• Location: West Palm Beach, FL
• Must be able to work during EST or PST business hours.
