Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead end-to-end delivery of data center infrastructure projects. This role focuses on driving execution across the full lifecycle, including IMAC-D (Install, move, Add, Change, Decommission) operations, ensuring seamless deployment, migration, and decommissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle of data center infrastructure projects (design → deployment → decommissioning)
Plan, track, and execute IMAC-D activities with cross-functional teams
Define project scope, schedules, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency
Coordinate across hardware, software, and operations teams
Provide status reporting to technical and executive stakeholders

Required Skills

Experience: 8+ years
Strong experience in data center infrastructure and lifecycle management
Proven project/program management experience in complex environments
Knowledge of IMAC-D operations and infrastructure deployments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Experience with large-scale data center programs
Familiarity with CMDB, asset management, and change management tools
PMP/CAPM/PRINCE2 certification
