Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber Cloud ERP Data Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of cloud modernization and data-engineering initiatives. This role is ideal for a PM who blends traditional project discipline with hands-on technical understanding of modern cloud data platforms.

Core Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Lead medium-to-large scale IT projects through all phases (Initiation to Closure) using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
  • Cloud Migration: Lead "lift-and-shift" and re-platforming efforts to AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Data Platform Oversight: Manage the design and implementation of Snowflake components (warehouses, RBAC roles, schemas).
  • Technical Validation: Review Python-based ETL/ELT scripts and oversee data-engineering pipelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the bridge between technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 7+ Years: IT Project Management in Large-scale ERP environments.
  • 7+ Years: Cloud Hosting & Migration experience (AWS & OCI).
  • 7+ Years: Technical Oversight of Python and Data Engineering workflows.
  • 5+ Years: Hands-on delivery of Snowflake Data Platforms.
  • Public Sector Experience: 7+ years working with government or large-scale public organizations.
  • Technical Tools: Proficiency with AWS Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, and infrastructure security/IAM.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's or advanced IT degree highly desired.
  • Certifications: PMP, ITIL, AWS, OCI, or Snowflake certifications are a major plus.
  • Compliance: Must be able to pass a BCI fingerprint background check and adhere to strict data security protocols (no work/equipment permitted outside the US).
