Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Cloud ERP, data engineering, and cloud migration initiatives. This role requires a blend of strong project management expertise and technical knowledge in cloud platforms, data analytics, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

< data-start="602" data-end="641">Project Leadership & Delivery:

• Manage end-to-end IT projects (initiation to closure)
• Develop project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and executive reports
• Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines
• Apply Agile/Waterfall/hybrid methodologies
• Oversee vendor deliverables, contracts, and procurement processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives
• Manage cloud environments (AWS, OCI)
• Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance standards

• Oversee design and implementation of cloud data platforms
• Manage databases, schemas, roles (RBAC), and warehouses
• Coordinate ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows
• Ensure data governance, quality, and lineage best practices

• Review and guide Python-based ETL/ELT development
• Ensure integration with enterprise systems and applications
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies

• Manage IAM, encryption, and security controls
• Maintain risk, issue, and change logs
• Support audits and security reporting

• Lead stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions
• Provide executive-level reporting and presentations
• Coordinate across teams, agencies, and vendors

• Support ongoing operations post-implementation
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices
• Perform related duties and special assignments as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in:
  • Project management (large/complex IT or ERP projects)
  • Cloud hosting & migration (AWS, OCI)
  • Data platforms (Snowflake, AWS data services)
  • Python & data engineering
  • Technical operations and architecture
  • Risk, compliance, and security management
  • Stakeholder and vendor management
  • ERP systems and cloud-based environments
• Experience with:
  • ETL/ELT tools and workflows
  • Data governance, lineage, and quality management
  • Managed services / outsourcing environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or advanced education
• Certifications in ITIL, Cloud, Oracle, or Security
