Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Endpoint Management Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise endpoint solutions. The role focuses on modern device management using Microsoft Intune, identity and access management via Entra ID, and traditional endpoint management through MECM (SCCM). The ideal candidate will drive secure, scalable, and automated endpoint strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM)
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access management
• Manage and support MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager / SCCM) environments
• Implement device compliance, configuration profiles, and security baselines
• Manage device lifecycle: provisioning, deployment, patching, and decommissioning
• Configure Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust security policies
• Integrate Intune with Entra ID and other Microsoft security services
• Automate endpoint management tasks using PowerShell or similar scripting tools
• Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and security posture
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint and identity-related issues
• Collaborate with security, networking, and infrastructure teams
• Maintain documentation and support audit/compliance requirements

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM)
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access & identity governance
• Deep knowledge of MECM (SCCM) for device and application management
• Experience with Windows 10/11 device management and policies
• Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell preferred)
• Knowledge of patch management and software deployment
• Experience with Autopilot and modern provisioning methods

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Endpoint Administrator, Security Administrator Associate)
• Experience with co-management (Intune + MECM)
• Knowledge of Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft security ecosystem
• Experience with macOS/iOS/Android device management (via Intune)
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise IT environments

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead initiatives and mentor junior engineers
• Detail-oriented with a security-first mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with Zero Trust architecture
• Automation using Graph API or advanced scripting
• Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC 2, etc.)
