Summary

Role Description

Support timely commercial client readiness for CD1 by validating and certifying converted payment files as clients move from CMA IP formats to client file specifications. Provide rapid, precise feedback to minimize rework and delays.

Responsibilities

Receive and validate client-generated payment files against specifications during CMA IP conversion.
Identify format, mapping, and data defects; provide actionable feedback for correction/resubmission.
Participate in client/internal working sessions to understand file creation (ERP/TMS, vendor logic).
Execute iterative file testing cycles; track outcomes through certification readiness for CD1.
Partner with Lead Technical Specialist and project team for timelines, issue escalation, and handoffs.

Skills & Experience

Strong attention to detail; proven experience reviewing, validating, troubleshooting file-based payment data.
Ability to manage multiple files/testing cycles under aggressive deadlines.
Clear verbal/written communication skills for explaining technical defects and adjustments.
Familiarity with payment file types (EDI 820, ACH, wire, check print) and/or ERP/TMS generated files (preferred, trainable).
Exposure to payment processing platforms (PEP+ mainframe, MTS Wire, Vector Connexion) is a plus.
