GenAI Lead/Lead AI Engineer/Senior GenAI Engineer-REMOTE-W2

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Lead to drive the design and development of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on AI professional with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop intelligent multi-agent and multi-step AI workflows.
• Build scalable RAG pipelines using vector databases and advanced document retrieval techniques.
• Create effective prompt templates, system instructions, and AI guardrails to ensure reliable model behavior.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, and internal services.
• Optimize AI applications for performance, latency, response quality, and token efficiency.
• Develop automated evaluation frameworks, regression testing, and quality metrics for LLM applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and deliver enterprise AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience building applications with Large Language Models (LLMs) and embeddings.
• Solid expertise in Prompt Engineering, RAG architecture, and hallucination mitigation.
• Experience developing AI agents and orchestration workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms and enterprise AI deployments.
