Kforce has a client that is seeking a HRIS Analyst in Houston, TX.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst with strong expertise in Workday Recruiting to support system configuration, troubleshooting, data integrity, and process improvement initiatives. This role will partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and technical teams to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of recruiting processes within Workday.
Responsibilities:
* Provide ongoing support for the Workday Recruiting module
* Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting business processes and workflows
* Troubleshoot system issues, research root causes, and resolve errors
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity across recruiting and organizational data
* Support mass data uploads using Workday EIBs
* Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and technical teams on enhancements, testing, and implementation activities
* Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials
* Generate and distribute reports to support business operations
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions
* Ensure compliance with established controls, policies, and procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 10+ years of HRIS experience with significant hands-on Workday Recruiting experience
* Strong experience with Workday Recruiting business process configuration
* Experience troubleshooting Workday transactions and resolving data integrity issues
* Experience supporting Workday EIB data loads
* Knowledge of HR processes and how they integrate across the employee lifecycle
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Workday Onboarding experience
* Broader Workday HCM experience, including Compensation, Talent, and Core HCM
* Experience supporting HR shared services organizations
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
