UI/UX Designer

Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Figma, Design Systems, Enterprise UX)
Location: Broomfield CO (Preferred) | Also open to Peoria, Dallas, Chicago (Hybrid)
Work Model: Hybrid (2 3 days onsite Local candidates only)
Duration: 12 Months (Extension Possible)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a senior UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in Figma and enterprise application design. The ideal candidate is a UX generalist who can drive end-to-end design from research and wireframing to prototyping and design system development.

• Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (50%)
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%)
• Contribute to design operations, acting as our team authority, to ensure the design team has updated templates, components, Source of Truth. Partner with Program Management to enforce and govern design processes for high-quality deliverables while educating and upskilling team members. (35%)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user experience using wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and research
• Create high-quality UI designs and scalable design systems in Figma
• Develop and maintain components, templates, and design standards
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders
• Advocate for user needs while aligning with business and technical goals

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of UX/UI design experience
• Expert-level Figma (design systems, components, prototyping)
• Experience with wireframes, user flows, IA diagrams, and research
• Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise or complex applications

Soft Skills-(Required)

• Knowledge and/or experience in equipment mgmt. or adjacent industry such as airlines, mapping apps, Oil & Gas, Fintech etc.
• Excellent communication
• Self-starter

Preferred:

• Experience with enterprise/mobile applications
• Background in industries like logistics, fintech, or mapping
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
