CNAPP Task Manager

 

This is a Full-Time Hybrid-Remote position in Arlington, VA supporting a Large Government Consulting Firm. Full benefits, PTO, and paid holidays are inclusive to this position.

Salary Target: $110K-$140K/YR (Salary is flexible based on the relevant professional experience and background related to the position)

 

Requirements: ship Work Status Authorization; Completed Bachelor’s Degree; 7+ years of professional experience including Project/Task Planning & Scheduling, Process Tracking and Status Reporting, Risk and Issue Management, Stakeholder Management & Communications, and using Project Management Tools (Jira, ADO, MS Project, Smartsheet)

 

Job Description:

 

The Task Manager will coordinate and drive execution of the Wiz platform implementation, ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones and maintaining alignment across IT Operations, InfoSec, and technical teams. This role is responsible for task planning, dependency management, progress tracking, risk identification, and removing blockers to keep the cybersecurity delivery project on schedule. The position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and experience coordinating technical teams in fast-paced IT security environments. 

 

Required Skills – experience in the following required:

 

           U.S. Citizenship required

           Project/task planning and scheduling – Advanced

           Process tracking and status reporting – Advanced

           Risk and issue management – Advanced

           Stakeholder coordination and communication – Advanced

           Dependency and resource management – Intermediate

           Agile/Scrum Methodologies – Intermediate

           Cloud security concepts and practices – Intermediate

           Project management tools (Jira, ADO, MS Project, Smartsheet) – Advanced

 

Preferred Skills:

 

          Prior experience with cloud security or CSPM tool implementations

          Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP)

          Information Security project delivery experience

          Familiarity with DevSecOps workflows

          Change management and organizational transition support

          Experience with IT Operations and infrastructure projects

 

Education:

 

          Completed Bachelor’s Degree
