Seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to facilitate Agile delivery, coach cross-functional teams, and drive collaboration across enterprise technology portfolios including Cloud, DevOps, Security, Identity, and Risk.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver business value
• Identify and remove blockers while accelerating team decision-making
• Drive collaboration across global cross-functional portfolio teams
• Enable data-driven reporting, metrics analysis, and process improvements
• Support transparency, team ownership, and delivery effectiveness
Required Skills:
• 10+ years of experience with Bachelor’s degree OR 8+ years with Master’s degree
• Strong experience in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing cross-functional collaboration
• Experience working with Product Owners, engineering managers, and business stakeholders
• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives using metrics and reporting
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
