Summary

Job Title: Lead Technical Talent Acquisition Partner

Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as the strategic voice for our talent strategy across our technical and professional departments. You will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and a credible advocate for our brand in the marketplace.
This is a senior-level position for a proactive sourcer who understands that great talent is rarely "on the market." You will be responsible for mapping competitive landscapes, engaging passive prospects in highly specialized sectors, and managing the end-to-end experience for both our leadership team and our candidates. If you have a passion for high-stakes hiring and a track record of building long-term talent pipelines, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Sourcing
Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process-from intake and sourcing strategy to candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Targeted Pipeline Development: Build proactive, multi-channel sourcing plans for hard-to-fill technical and professional roles. Utilize advanced Boolean search, talent mapping, and industry networking to uncover prospects others miss.
Advisory Partnership: Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to translate complex business needs into focused search strategies and clear candidate profiles.

Engagement & Optimization
Brand Advocacy: Partner with internal stakeholders to strengthen our employer brand, positioning our technical teams as leaders in the industry.
Data-Driven Recruiting: Utilize market insights, pipeline data, and recruiting metrics to optimize our search methodology. Advise leadership on market conditions, talent availability, and how to improve the speed and quality of hire.
Candidate Experience: Deliver a professional, responsive, and high-touch experience for every candidate. Ensure the process is inclusive, efficient, and reflects our organizational values at every stage.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Experience Baseline: 3-6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within technical, engineering, operations, or highly regulated professional industries.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, networking). Proven experience using ATS platforms and modern recruiting tools to manage workflows and documentation.
Market Credibility: Demonstrated ability to speak the "language" of engineering, operations, and technical professional roles, building immediate rapport with both hiring managers and prospects.
Strategic Communication: Ability to influence, advise, and provide candid feedback to senior stakeholders.

Preferred Attributes
Experience recruiting in sectors with high compliance or regulatory standards (e.g., life sciences, advanced manufacturing, or similar precision-driven industries).
A "hunter" mindset-proven success engaging passive candidates and converting them into active interest.
Ability to handle multiple high-priority searches simultaneously without sacrificing quality or communication.
