Job Description -

Infrastructure BSA

• A business systems analyst who worked on infrastructure projects
• Recently worked with either ServiceNow, Salesforce (as a ticketing system), Sailpoint or Avanti
• Helpdesk knowledge - Ticketing
• Work on different infrastructure initiatives
• They are doing a helpdesk integration to be the front end to sail point for requesting access.
• Write Test plans and requirements
• Provide some QA support
• Business requirements and technology requirements are written appropriately
• A business systems analyst who worked on infrastructure projects
• Recently worked with either ServiceNow, Salesforce (as a ticketing system) Sailpoint or Avanti
• Helpdesk knowledge - Ticketing
• Someone that can work independently
• Someone proactive

Job Requirement Infrastructure Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Duration: Contract (6 12+ months, long-term)
Location: Wilmington, MA (Hybrid 2 days onsite/week) only local with local dl

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting infrastructure projects
• Recent hands-on experience with at least one of the following:
  • ServiceNow
  • Salesforce (as a ticketing system)
  • SailPoint
  • Avanti
• Strong understanding of helpdesk operations and ticketing systems
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Project Overview

• Involvement in multiple infrastructure initiatives
• Working on a helpdesk integration project, serving as the front-end for SailPoint access requests

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Develop and execute test plans
• Provide QA support as needed
• Ensure clarity and accuracy in both business and technical documentation
