Who we're looking for

Toyota's Sales Technology Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Sales Technology Senior Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead configuring and updating business rules in the Loan Originations System(s). The Sr. Analyst will act as Sales Technology liaison for other factories/domain support. This person will also act as SME and lead efforts to ensure that the origination system(s) and other sales system(s) are compliant with legal and regulatory rules, including creating/revising LOS business rules and configuration.

Reporting to the Sales Technology Manager/VLOS/XLOS Product Owner the person in this role will support the Sales Technology department's objective to provide an automated, digitized, seamless and user-friendly experience for both customers and dealers by ensuring efficiency, transparency and customer satisfaction in the originations process.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead configuring and updating business rules in the loan origination system(s) (LOS) related to credit and funding business processes and dealer management.
  • Update configuration related to contract and forms revisions.
  • Assist with developing and executing test scenarios in various TEST environments and ensure successful test results.
  • This team member will be part of various project teams (Dealer Experience Domain, Sales Technology) as a SME.
  • Be the Sales Technology liaison for the eContracting team, and the Legal and Enterprise Compliance team as related to contracts, forms, and LOS support.
  • Be Sales Technology liaison to the Sales Compliance team, as related to confirming LOS system updates needed for compliance issues and regulatory requirements.
  • Be Sales Technology liaison to the Credit and Dealer Funding Sales Operations team, as related to confirming LOS system updated needed for credit and funding efficiencies.
  • Assist with gathering, writing and revising business user stories/system requirements for projects and making decisions related to aligning business needs and technology objectives for each project.
  • Manage JIRA system LOS for Originations configuration and enhancement requests, including prioritization and user story refinement.


What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related fields or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience (in a similar field and/or industry).
  • Working knowledge of TFS sales originations processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word)
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, including experience in creating business communication documents.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.


Added bonus if you have

  • Project management/implementation experience in gathering requirements, writing user stories, and managing system enhancements.
  • Proficiency with JIRA and familiarity with Scrum or Agile project methodologies.
