Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a SAP Signavio Process Mining Consultant / Lead on behalf of our client in Remote.

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Signavio professional to support enterprise process transformation initiatives through process mining, process intelligence, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, strong knowledge of SAP business processes, and a proven ability to identify process inefficiencies, uncover actionable insights, and drive operational excellence.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and technology teams to optimize end-to-end processes and support strategic transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Signavio Process Mining implementations and process optimization initiatives.

• Analyze event logs from SAP and non-SAP systems to identify process bottlenecks, deviations, compliance gaps, and improvement opportunities.

• Develop and maintain process mining models, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reports.

• Perform root cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.

• Measure and monitor key process performance indicators, including cycle time, lead time, throughput time, rework rates, process variants, and SLA compliance.

• Assess process conformance against established business rules and operational standards.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define, prioritize, and implement process improvement initiatives.

• Support digital transformation and automation efforts by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and process standardization.

• Ensure data quality and accuracy for process mining analyses and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Process Mining, Business Process Management, Process Excellence, or related disciplines.

• Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence (Process Mining).

• Strong understanding of SAP business processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Supply Chain operations.

• Experience integrating and analyzing data from SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.

• Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional SAP Signavio solutions, including Process Manager, Journey Modeler, and Collaboration Hub.

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

• Experience supporting automation programs using RPA, workflow, or intelligent automation technologies.

• SAP Signavio certification(s).

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement methodologies, or other process excellence frameworks.

• Experience with other process mining platforms such as Celonis.
