Summary

Title: IT Helpdesk
Location: Boca/Fort Lauderdale, FL
Duration: 6+ months
Compensation: $25.00 – 30.00/hr
Work Requirements: , Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

IT Helpdesk

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of IT experience.
Technical troubleshooting expertise, both onsite and remote for end-users
Experience with a ticketing systems
- Preferred platforms : JIRA
Experience with security and network devices, including:
- Fortinet Firewalls
- Cisco Access Points
Network Experience
- Wifi
- Ethernet

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills – this role is the primary IT point of contact (POC ) for the Miami station.
- Must be adaptable and able to handle diverse personalities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Other tools used in the team: Okta, Zscaler, MDM
