We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to market and place consultants on C2C, W2, and 1099 positions across the US IT staffing market. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bench sales, client/vendor management, rate negotiation, and end-to-end consultant placement.
Key Responsibilities
Market bench consultants (H1B, -EAD, OPT, CPT) to direct clients, MSPs, and Tier-1 vendors
Identify and develop new vendor and client relationships
Handle daily bench sales activities, including calls, emails, and follow-ups
Submit consultant profiles to relevant job requirements
Coordinate with recruiters to match consultants with suitable positions
Negotiate bill rates, contracts, and terms with vendors/clients
Track submissions, interviews, and placements
Maintain and update bench consultant data and sales pipelines
Ensure compliance with US staffing policies and documentation
Work on multiple requirements simultaneously with tight deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in US staffing
Strong knowledge of US recruitment process and visa types
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)
Experience working with MSP programs and vendor networks
Ability to work independently and meet daily/monthly targets
Good understanding of rate structures and contract terms
Preferred Skills
Existing vendor/client database
Experience in IT consulting and staffing firms
Knowledge of ATS/CRM tools
