Job Summary:Supermicro is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Engineer to join our GPU AI Cluster Solutions team. As a Product Engineer, you will play a critical role in presenting and promoting SMC L11/L12 solutions to customers, assisting Product Managers in identifying and clarifying customer requirements, collaboratively developing solution designs, and supporting installation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Include the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned): Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure the overall technical design proposal meets customer requirements.
Work closely with Product Managers to resolve issues throughout the development, production, and deployment phases.
Partner with Product Managers to drive product lifecycle management from project kick-off through end-of-life (EOL).
Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 1+ years of engineering experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, promote solutions, address questions, and gather feedback.
- Experience in AI, High-Performance Computing (HPC), and liquid cooling solutions is preferred.
- Experience with network design, power solutions, mechanical engineering, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer is preferred.
- Understanding of data center market trends, as well as competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
Salary Range$70,000 - $138,000
