Our client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Scrum Master in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day delivery for multiple ETQ Reliance workstreams, acting as Scrum Master and technical liaison
Manage requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process mapping for Supply Chain Quality workflows
Collaborate with offshore ETQ developers and system admins to translate business needs into scalable configurations and integrations
Support design reviews, solution validation, UAT coordination, and rollout activities
Drive cross-team communication, issue resolution, dependency management, and status reporting
Rapidly learn ETQ Reliance concepts (workflows, forms, data structures, integrations)
For senior role: act as second-in-command to Anthony, overseeing program execution and ensuring alignment across business and technical teams

5-10+ years as a Technical BA, Scrum Master, or hybrid delivery lead in enterprise environments
Strong background in Supply Chain, Quality Management, or related operational domains
Demonstrated ability to work closely with technical teams, especially in global/offshore contexts
Experience writing detailed functional requirements, process flows, and technical user stories
Understanding of API-driven integrations, workflow systems, and cloud-based platforms
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to learn ETQ Reliance quickly and operate in fast-paced, agile environments
Experience with ETQ Reliance or other QMS platforms (Track Wise, Master Control, etc.)
Basic familiarity with Python, Java, SQL, or AWS concepts
Experience in large-scale transformation programs
