Job Title: Manhattan Active Omni WMS Consultant

Location: Remote

Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities 1. Implementation & Configuration

Configure and deploy Manhattan Active Omni WMS modules based on business requirements.
Support end-to-end implementations including requirement gathering, design, build, testing, and go-live.
Customize workflows for inbound, outbound, inventory, and order management processes.

2. Business Analysis

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand warehouse and supply chain processes.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Recommend best practices aligned with Manhattan WMS capabilities.

3. Solution Design

Design scalable warehouse solutions for omnichannel fulfillment (B2B, B2C, e-commerce).
Configure rules for picking, packing, slotting, replenishment, and wave planning.
Optimize warehouse operations for efficiency and accuracy.

4. Integration & Technical Support

Work on integrations between WMS and systems like ERP, TMS, OMS using APIs, middleware, or messaging.
Support data mapping and interface design.
Troubleshoot integration and system issues.

5. Testing & Deployment

Develop and execute test cases (SIT, UAT).
Support defect resolution and system validation.
Assist in deployment planning and go-live support.

6. Post-Go-Live Support

Provide hypercare and ongoing production support.
Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues.
Implement enhancements and continuous improvements.

7. Training & Documentation

Create user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
Train warehouse users and business teams on system usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in WMS implementations or support.
Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Omni (or other Manhattan WMS versions like WMOS).
