What you'll do
  • Drive engineering and manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality products are delivered safely, on time, and at a competitive cost.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities, developing action plans, and implementing process enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize operational efficiency, quality, and productivity.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide technical expertise, support, and process improvement recommendations.
  • Use data analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching employees, promoting ownership, and increasing engagement across the production team.
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related degree.
  • Experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process challenges.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams and builds strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, coach, and engage employees while driving results.

The salary range for this role is $80,000.00 and $90,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
