Job Title: Workday Development Project Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our Workday Technical team in managing and executing the project plan in partnership with UA and the Huron implementation team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful development of Workday integrations and custom reports, while keeping the project on schedule and proactively addressing risks and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the Workday development project plan
• Partner closely with UA stakeholders and implementation team leaders
• Oversee development of Workday integrations and custom reports
• Track progress and ensure deliverables stay on schedule
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders
• Ensure resource needs are identified and staffing plans are executed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager (required)
• Experience managing Workday development projects (preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
