About the Project

We are seeking a Certified Project Manager with hands-on Workday implementation experience to support this initiative. The selected candidate will work closely with City departments to ensure business requirements are accurately captured and reflected in Workday configurations, while coordinating with the Implementation Vendor to drive timely delivery of updates and milestones.

This role requires strong communication skills, high responsiveness, and the ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with City departments to document and capture current (as-is) business processes
• Act as a liaison between City stakeholders and the Implementation Vendor
• Schedule and facilitate Microsoft Teams meetings with structured, goal-oriented agendas
• Track and manage project risks, issues, and action items
• Maintain well-organized documentation of department requests and key decisions
• Respond promptly and effectively to communications from multiple stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• Workday Implementation Experience 2+ years
• Workday Time Tracking Experience 2+ years
• Business Process Documentation & Vendor Coordination 3+ years
• Meeting Facilitation with structured agendas 3+ years
• PMP Certification Required (must be submitted with application)

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Project task planning and documentation aligned to project goals 2+ years
• Risk identification, assessment, and solution planning 2+ years
• Activity and resource planning based on Statement of Work (SOW) 2+ years
