Salesforce Technology Architect with Health Cloud experience - ATLAS Program

Introduction

This position is for a Salesforce Technology Architect with experience in Health Cloud, specifically for the ATLAS program. The ATLAS program is a new initiative aimed at establishing a workflow platform for the Aetna Service Operations organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems integration and design, as well as experience with various technologies and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Receive epic/feature assignments and direction from train architect
  • Partner with Product Owner, BA, and Development leads to refine requirements
  • Collaborate with Solution Domain Lead architects to vet solutions impacting other domains
  • Collaborate with integration architect to deliver solution artifacts
  • Attain and refine business and systems subject matter expertise
  • Use architecture patterns for the solution and create new ones if needed
  • Present solution sketches to stakeholders for review and feedback

Requirements

Required Skills:

  1. Significant experience with systems integration
  2. Experience with design and development of complex systems
  3. Strong skills in requirements analysis, estimation, and testing
  4. Familiarity with popular Design Patterns
  5. Excellent collaboration and influencing skills
  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  7. Experience delivering software products via Agile methodologies
  8. Experience on an Agile team
  9. Experience with modern languages, frameworks, and technologies
  10. Experience with distributed computing architectures
  11. Meeting facilitation with stakeholders, partners, and team

Desired Skills:

  1. Track record working on large/complex systems
  2. Architectural/technical experience with cloud native platforms like AWS and Google Cloud Platform
  3. Experience with RDBMS and/or NoSQL databases
  4. Experience with Generative AI and Conversational AI
  5. Experience designing REST APIs
  6. Experience with SAFe Software Development Principles
  7. Experience with distributed caching solutions
  8. Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps
  9. Experience with Service Now or Salesforce for case management
