Solution Architect with Conversational and Agentic AI skills - YAVA Application

Introduction:

The Solution Architect with Conversational and Agentic AI skills for the YAVA application will be responsible for delivering a world-class voice/chat self-service capability by replacing heritage IVRs with Conversational and Agentic AI technologies. This role will involve working with technologies such as ATLAS, API, Amazon Web Services, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Database, Continuous Integration, Generative Artificial Intelligence, Management, Salesforce.com, and Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Receive epic/feature assignments and general direction from the train architect.
• Partner with Product Owner, Business Analyst, and Development technical leads to refine/understand requirements.
• Collaborate with Solution Domain Lead architects to seek guidance or vet solutions impacting other domains.
• Collaborate with integration architect to deliver solution artifacts.
• Attain and refine business and systems subject matter expertise continually.
• Leverage architecture patterns for the solution and create new ones if necessary.
• Present solution sketches to various stakeholders for review and feedback.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

1. Significant experience with systems integration.
2. Experience with design and development of complex systems.
3. Adept at requirements analysis, estimation, systems, and application design, and testing.
4. Familiarity with popular Design Patterns.
5. Excellent collaboration, influencing, and consensus-building skills.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision.
8. Experience working on an Agile team.
9. Experience with modern languages, frameworks, and technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure.
10. Experience with distributed computing architectures.
11. Meeting facilitation with stakeholders, partners, and team.

Desired Skills:

1. Proven track record working on large/complex systems as part of a team.
2. Architectural/technical experience with cloud-native technologies, especially AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
3. Experience with RDBMS and/or NoSQL databases.
4. Architectural/technical experience with Generative AI and/or Conversational AI.
5. Experience designing REST APIs for systems integration.
6. Experience with SAFe Software Development Principles.
