Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Supply Chain Project Manager with 15+ years of experience managing Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and transformation initiatives across Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and related Oracle ERP modules, along with proven experience managing cross-functional teams and end-to-end ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP Supply Chain implementation, upgrade, migration, and transformation projects.
  • Manage projects involving Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Oracle EBS R12.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and establish project objectives and deliverables.
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, and overall delivery.
  • Coordinate functional and technical teams across SCM, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and IT.
  • Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Manage Oracle SCM modules including:
    • Procurement / Purchasing
    • Inventory Management
    • Order Management
    • Supply Chain Planning
    • Manufacturing
    • Shipping / Logistics
    • Costing
    • Warehouse Management
    • Supplier Management
  • Oversee integrations between Oracle ERP and third-party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration technologies.
  • Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, cutover, and go-live activities.
  • Work with Oracle functional consultants, technical architects, developers, QA teams, business SMEs, and external vendors.
  • Manage project governance, status reporting, steering committee meetings, RAID logs, and executive communications.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and drive mitigation and resolution plans.
  • Manage vendors, SOWs, change requests, resource planning, and delivery commitments.
  • Ensure effective change management, training, documentation, and business readiness.
  • Support Agile/Scrum or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Oracle Supply Chain processes.

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of Oracle ERP experience with strong Project/Program Management experience.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Oracle EBS R12.
  • Strong Supply Chain domain knowledge across P2P, O2C, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, and Logistics.
  • Experience managing large-scale Oracle ERP implementations and transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of ERP integrations and OIC / REST / SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
  • Strong Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery experience.
  • Excellent documentation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
