Project Coordinator

Introduction:

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities within our healthcare or medical device domain. You will be responsible for coordinating across different functional teams, conducting process mapping, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring projects are completed successfully and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct process mapping to identify areas for improvement and streamline project workflows.
• Support project management activities, including creating project schedules using MS Project and tracking project progress.
• Coordinate across different functional teams to ensure all project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular updates on project status and milestones.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Experience in process mapping to identify inefficiencies and improve project workflows.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different teams to achieve project goals.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions such as data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Power BI to visualize project data and track key performance metrics.
• Prior experience in the healthcare or medical device domain to understand industry regulations and requirements.
