Global Trade Ops Specialist

Introduction:

The Global Trade Ops Specialist will play a key role in supporting global trade operations, managing stakeholder relationships, and understanding medical device and manufacturing processes. This position is crucial in ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and optimizing supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Support global trade operations by ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and international trade laws.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies to facilitate smooth trade operations.
• Understand and navigate medical device and manufacturing processes to effectively support trade operations within the domain.
• Ensure documentation and customs compliance for all trade transactions.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement process mapping strategies to enhance efficiency in global trade operations.

Requirements:

• Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of medical device and manufacturing (MFG) processes.
  • Experience in import/export compliance and international trade regulations.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and resolve trade-related issues.
  • Ability to support operations and ensure compliance with trade laws and regulations.

  • Experience in supply chain operations within the medical device or manufacturing domain.
