Role: Epic Project Manager|W2
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 8+ months
We are seeking an Epic Project Manager to support an ongoing Patient Access and Revenue Cycle merge project for a large healthcare organization.
The professional will help coordinate day-to-day project activities, manage project milestones and deliverables, facilitate stakeholder discussions and decisioning, and support go-live coordination.
This individual will work closely with operational, clinical, revenue cycle, and technical teams to help ensure project objectives are met and workstreams remain on track throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Weekly status reporting
- Revenue Cycle Steering facilitation
- Workplan tracking to keep teams on track
- Discovery session facilitation and decisioning
- Charge testing planning
- Appt conversion facilitation
- Support project activities from Discovery through Go-Live and Post-Live Requirements
- Epic Project Manager experience
- 3–5+ years of project management experience supporting Epic Revenue Cycle projects
- Experience managing large Epic projects from Discovery to Go-Live and Post-Live
- Knowledge of Patient Access and Revenue Cycle workflows
Preferred
Epic certification(s) in Patient Access and/or Revenue Cycle modules, such as Cadence, Grand Central, Prelude, HB, PB, and Claims.
