Role OverviewThis role provides expertise in the engineering, design, and implementation of new products, technologies, and solutions for service area imaging systems like PACS and Voice Recognition. The position involves assisting local clinical users with the build and implementation of new cardiology PACS and hemodynamics applications to meet corporate business requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to user problems by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively.
- Troubleshoot most application problems independently.
- Provide at-the-elbow support for clinical super users designing workflows and building clinical configurations in Cardiology PACS and Hemodynamics applications.
- Analyze a chain of events and apply technical knowledge following established procedures or detailed specifications.
- Possess and apply a working knowledge of at least one technology environment to address and resolve problems.
- Write fundamental documentation in a clear, concise manner and according to standards.
- Share knowledge effectively within the work team.
Required QualificationsEducation: A Bachelor's degree is required.
Technical Skills:- Advanced knowledge and skill sets for supported platforms, products, and environments that support the Clinical Imaging Space.
- Technical expertise in building, implementing, and supporting Clinical Imaging Cardiology Applications such as CPACS and Hemodynamics.
- Awareness and understanding of emerging trends and technologies in Healthcare IT.
Preferred Qualifications- Expertise with Philips, GE, or Change Healthcare imaging applications is preferred.
Compensation & BenefitsThe anticipated pay range for this position is $80.00 to $90.00 per hour. Please note that this pay range is a good faith estimate that may be refined with more "on-the-job" information. This range is compliant with all applicable state and local laws.
