Role Overview

The Business Systems Analyst will support the Virtual Care Portfolio team by analyzing user requirements, improving existing systems, and facilitating data-driven decision-making. This role involves collaboration with Domain Owners, Clinical and Business stakeholders, and Portfolio Owners. The analyst will focus on completing scoping documents, managing ideas through internal processes, and gathering necessary information for the demand process while creating and maintaining dashboards using Smartsheet, Google Sheets, and ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and domain owners.
  • Complete and maintain initial scoping artifacts and ballpark estimates in collaboration with business sponsors and Domain Owners.
  • Complete the initial discovery process required to expand existing standard virtual care programs.
  • Enter, update, and manage idea records, promoting qualified ideas through the demand lifecycle.
  • Monitor project tracking boards to ensure timely progression through project phases, assisting with any challenges.
  • Extract data from ServiceNow and maintain reporting dashboards and strategic portfolio roadmaps in Smartsheet and Google Sheets.
  • Create and manage Smartsheet dashboards and reports using formulas and visual tools.
  • Coordinate with the Strategic Realization Office and other departments to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Work independently to meet deliverables and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Support Domain Owners with data gathering, reporting, updating project documents, and driving initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in clinical systems analysis or a related role such as data analyst or project coordinator with technical skills is required.

Technical Skills:
  • Experience with ServiceNow, including the ability to extract and manage data.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, including Sheets (advanced formulas like VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS), Forms, Docs, Slides, and Sites.
  • A clear understanding of healthcare applications, terminology, and concepts is required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Smartsheet (Grid, Timeline, Dashboard) and creating reports using formulas.
  • Prior experience in Virtual Care.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Rate: $55.00/hr - $67.50/hr.
