The team operates in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple integrated systems and cross-functional teams to drive modernization, integration, and continuous improvement. As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping solutions from concept through delivery while ensuring business needs are accurately captured, understood, and implemented.
Role Summary
As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, interpreting, validating, documenting, and maintaining both business and technical requirements. You will work across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including discovery, analysis, design, development, testing, and post-implementation support.
You will serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring shared understanding and successful outcomes. This role involves close collaboration with software engineers, QA teams, and business sponsors across multiple departments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential, along with a detail-oriented, technically curious, and results-driven mindset.

Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
- Commitment to incorporating security considerations into daily responsibilities and decision-making
- 3+ years of experience as a Senior Software Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to lead initiatives from requirements gathering through delivery
- Ability to define and create detailed documentation for complex business processes
- Familiarity with integration and functional testing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
- High attention to detail, including documentation of system designs and processes
- Ability to identify root causes and perform initial issue investigation
- Experience facilitating meetings, daily standups, providing status reporting, and conducting analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications and processes
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems
- Knowledge of SQL or data analysis experience
