We are seeking an experienced Project Manager 2 to support Information Technology initiatives across areas such as Infrastructure, Security, and Workforce Technology. In this role, you will collaborate with senior IT stakeholders while leading complex projects that enhance business capabilities.
Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and overseeing activities across one or more project teams through the full project lifecycle-from discovery and design through implementation and transition. You will partner with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, identify required resources, develop detailed project plans, and provide regular status updates. Additionally, you will proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, recommend solutions, and work with leadership to ensure successful delivery.

QualificationsRequired- Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship requirements
- Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or the surrounding area
- 5+ years of IT-related project management experience
- Experience leading teams using Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-profile programs and projects
- Strong understanding of project management principles across the full lifecycle (planning through implementation and support)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience overseeing large-scale, complex initiatives, including planning, organizing, and leading project activities
- Working knowledge of technical systems, including servers, storage, databases, middleware, and networking
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with project management tools and techniques
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
- Proven leadership, accountability, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience with resource management across project portfolios
- Commitment to incorporating security considerations into all aspects of work
Preferred- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience managing projects across multiple industries or organizational environments
