About the RoleA dedicated Support Desk is being established to assist employees transitioning from one enterprise environment to another. As these employees move into the new system, they may experience login issues, password resets, or token access questions. This team will be their first point of contact.

10 entry-level IT Support Desk Associates to provide friendly, reliable phone-based support throughout this project.
What You'll Do- Answer inbound calls from employees during their system migration
- Assist with login issues, password resets, and token setup
- Provide clear, customer-friendly troubleshooting
- Create and manage tickets in Cherwell (or a similar system)
- Follow a consistent Monday-Friday schedule
- Work onsite in Town and Country, MO

Project Details- Duration: May 11 - September 4
- Hours: Shifts between 7 am - 6 pm CST, Monday-Friday
- Holiday: July 4th status TBD
- Training: 1-2 days of foundational training
- Compensation: Up to $16/hr W2
