Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Human Resources Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Source potential candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and talent databases.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement activities.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand position requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Track sourcing activities and candidate interactions within applicant tracking systems.
- Research talent markets and identify passive candidate opportunities.
- Support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment support, candidate research, or talent acquisition.
