A bit about us:

Our client is a multi-generational construction management firm with a long history of delivering complex projects throughout New England. Based just outside Boston, the company works across a diverse portfolio including multifamily and residential, healthcare and life science, corporate, hospitality, academic, retail, historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and commercial projects.

The company takes a highly collaborative approach to construction, getting involved early in the design and preconstruction process to help owners and design teams align scope, budget, schedule, constructability, and project goals before work reaches the field.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to join a construction manager that is doing more than simply building projects the traditional way.

Our client places a significant emphasis on technology, BIM/VDC, prefabrication, constructability, and early project planning, giving APMs exposure to both the traditional and evolving sides of construction management.

You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, Superintendents, estimators, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners while gaining exposure to projects from the earliest stages of planning through final turnover.

For an APM looking to become a Project Manager, this is an environment where you can develop a well-rounded understanding of preconstruction, cost management, scheduling, contract administration, field coordination, and project delivery.

Job Details
