Title : Digital Technical Product Manager (Insurance / BFSI

Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications.
Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable, secure digital solutions.
Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch optimization.
Drive digital user experience (UX) by partnering with design teams and validating via user research.
Use data and analytics to track product performance and make data-driven decisions.
Ensure compliance, security, and regulatory alignment, especially in BFSI and other regulated industries.
Manage cross-functional stakeholders and communicate product status, risks, and milestones.
Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence within the product team. Strong knowledge in Personal Insurance domain, Insurance Sales,Services,payments and billing ".
