Role and responsibilities:
iOS Technical Lead - Job Description:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of native iOS applications using **Swift, SwiftUI, Combine and UIKit**.
- Define application architecture, coding standards, and mobile development best practices.
- Drive technical design discussions and provide solutions for complex business requirements.
- Mentor and guide iOS developers through code reviews, technical coaching, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA, and Backend teams for successful delivery.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and stability.
- Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.
- Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud services.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, estimations, sprint planning, and technical roadmaps.
- Promote engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development of mobile engineers.
