Job Description

A leading retail media organization is seeking a Senior Manager, Offsite Ad Offerings & Partnerships to own the strategy, roadmap, and partner ecosystem for its offsite advertising solutions across programmatic and paid social channels, including influencer marketing.

This role sits within the organization s retail media network and is responsible for driving product innovation, scalable execution, and strong performance outcomes through strategic platform partnerships and cross-functional collaboration. Positioned at the intersection of product strategy, partnerships, and execution, this role will help shape the next phase of offsite advertising capabilities to support advertiser growth and broader revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Offsite Ad Product & Roadmap Ownership

• Own the strategy and roadmap for offsite advertising offerings across programmatic and paid social channels, including influencer marketing

• Lead end-to-end ad product development from discovery through launch and scaled adoption

• Conduct customer, sales, market, operational, and financial discovery to inform prioritization and go/no-go decisions

• Develop clear product narratives, value propositions, use cases, pricing considerations, success metrics, and commercialization plans

• Define and track performance metrics and feedback loops to measure adoption, effectiveness, and roadmap evolution

Platform Partnerships & Execution

• Own and manage strategic offsite platform partnerships, including major programmatic and social platforms

• Partner closely with platforms and agency teams to ensure seamless activation, executional excellence, and consistent campaign delivery

• Collaborate with optimization and measurement stakeholders to enable best-in-class performance insights and optimization strategies

• Ensure platform capabilities and enhancements align with product strategy and advertiser needs

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure offsite offerings are well-positioned, sellable, and supported with strong go-to-market enablement

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Audience, Measurement, and Operations teams to deliver scalable, integrated offsite advertising solutions

• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure timely delivery, operational readiness, and performance accountability

• Collaborate with owned-media product leads to build a cohesive and holistic retail media roadmap

Requirements & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, with hands-on execution experience and/or leadership of execution teams within agency and/or platform environments (programmatic and/or paid social)

• Proven experience managing platform relationships, including commercial negotiations, capability alignment, and joint planning

• Strong ability to translate platform capabilities into scalable advertiser offerings and executional best practices

• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, Technology, and Measurement teams

• Highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
