Salary: $220,000 - $245,000 per year
A bit about us:This is a chance to step into a true IP litigation boutique that punches like a big firm without the bureaucracy. The team handles high-stakes patent, trade secret, and technology disputes across the country, with a heavy presence in Texas patent venues (EDTX/WDTX). You'll work directly with experienced trial lawyers in a lean environment where cases aren't overstaffed and strategy actually matters. Expect front-end responsibility, real courtroom exposure, and a mix of plaintiff and defense-side work.

Job Details- 7+ years of intellectual property litigation experience
- Strong background in patent litigation (both plaintiff and defense preferred)
- Technical degree required: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar*****
- Clear strength in software, systems, or programming-related technologies
- Experience in federal court litigation and trial prep
- Comfort working in a lean, high-responsibility environment
- Lead and support patent litigation matters from complaint through trial
- Handle Markman briefing, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Work on USPTO proceedings (IPR, reexams, post-grant) alongside litigation strategy
- Collaborate with clients on IP monetization, licensing strategy, and enforcement
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling litigation narratives for courts and juries
